Access:

Guests have access to the Saint-Bernard apartment through the front of the chalet.

They also have access to the common areas, that is to say:

• Private outdoor shared parking with 8 spaces on the road to Les Saisies.
• Shared laundry room of 13 m2 with domestic washing machine.
• Shared ski room of 8.9 m2 (entrance to the chalet).
• Shared terrace located at the rear of the chalet.

• The tenants of Saint-Bernard have access to the laundry room from inside the chalet, while the tenants of the other apartments have external access.

   

Miscellaneous:

• This apartment is available for weekly rental only, from Saturday 4:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM in winter. In summer, we offer more flexible rental periods.
• The apartment is located on the ground floor and has access from the outside in front of the chalet without passing through the other accommodations.
• A key box system is available for retrieving keys.
• The boiler room and laundry room are accessible from inside.
  The main water supply is located in the laundry room, and the electrical panel is located in the changing room.
• There is no Wi-Fi, but mobile internet is available via 4G. The best network coverage is Orange's. Bring a 4G hotspot if you want a continuous internet connection.
• The rental does not include sheets and towels, which are the tenant's responsibility. Please bring a fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, or a single sheet for each type of bed. Sheets can be rented from our concierge service. Contact us if needed.
• Pets are not allowed in the chalet.

• The apartment can be rented in combination in the same chalet with Tétras (6-person apartment), Chamois (6-person apartment), and, upon request, Marmotte (5-person apartment). Ideal for large families or groups of friends: all together, yet everyone has their own space.
