What is being rented: Tetras apartment of 65 m2 for 6-7 people in an entire chalet of 328 m2 with 4 apartments.

• The Tetras apartment includes:
• 1 living room/double bedroom (1 sofa bed + 1 bed) of 19 m2.
• 1 dormitory (4 beds) of 15 m2.
• 1 kitchen of 14.8 m2.
• 1 bathroom with shower, 6.9 m2
• 1 WC.
• 1 private balcony with a view of Mont Rond.

Access

• Guests access the apartment via the terrace located at the rear of the chalet.
• They have access to the apartment and the common areas, that is to say:
  • Private outdoor parking with 8 spaces on the road to Les Saisie.
  • 13 m2 laundry room with domestic washing machine
  • Ski storage room of 8.9 m2. Terrace located at the rear of the chalet.
• This apartment is available for weekly rental only, from Saturday 4:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM in winter. In summer, we offer more flexible rental periods.
• The apartment is located on the first floor and has access from the outside behind the chalet, not passing through the other accommodations.
• A key box system is available for retrieving keys.
• The boiler room and laundry room are accessible from the outside.
• The main water supply is located in the laundry room, and the electrical panel is located in the changing room.

Miscellaneous

• There is no Wi-Fi, but mobile internet is available via 4G. The best network coverage is Orange's. Bring a 4G hotspot if you want a continuous internet connection.The rental does not include sheets and towels, which are the responsibility of the tenant.
• Please bring a fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, or single sheet for each type of bed. Sheets can be rented from our concierge service. Contact us if needed.
• Pets are not allowed in the chalet.
• The apartment can be rented in combination in the same chalet with St Bernard (apartment for 10-12 people), Chamois (apartment for 6 people), and, upon request, Marmotte (5 people). Ideal for large families or groups of friends: all together, yet everyone has their own space.
